Families, your support makes all the difference. Getting students to school on time every day helps set them up for success as we wrap up the year. Let’s go, Bulldawgs! 💛💙🐾

We kicked off testing season with an exciting STAAR Pep Rally featuring a surprise performance by the Copperettes.
Students showed off their knowledge by answering STAAR tips questions, sharing best testing practices and ways to beat test stress for a chance to win prizes. So proud of our students’ confidence, focus, and school spirit! We can't wait to see all their hard work pay off!💙💛

Through classroom lessons and daily practice, our students are learning how to:
✅Use technology responsibly
✅ Communicate positively online
✅Make smart choices that keep them safe
This achievement reflects the dedication of our staff, the efforts of our students, and the support of our families as we work together to build strong digital habits. Way to go, Halstead ! 💙💛
Thank you to our adopt-a-unit, for your continued partnership and support!

Parents and Guardians, it’s that time again, report cards are coming home today!
Be sure to check those backpacks! Take a moment to review your child’s progress, then sign and return the envelope.
Thank you for your continued support! 💙🐾💛

Dandelions are a symbol of military children because of their strength, resilience, and ability to grow and thrive wherever they are planted.

From a dedicated nurse to a TCHATT therapist, and even our incredible student health presenters from Cove High school, our Bulldawgs saw firsthand the many paths to making a difference in the medical field.
Thank you to our guest speakers for sharing your knowledge, experiences, and heart for helping others. You’re inspiring the next generation of caregivers and leaders! 🐾💙💛

Our Career Day got a serious boost of energy thanks to our very own Ms. Q (a former Army soldier) who had our students marching, calling cadence, and even knocking out push-ups and sit-ups like a true team! 💪
She shared what it means to serve, stay strong, and work together, leaving our Bulldawgs feeling motivated and proud.
Thank you, Ms. Q, for your service and for inspiring our future leaders!

What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is seeing my students grow and gain confidence, especially my EB/ RTI babies. Those “aha” moments mean everything. I also love building relationships with my students, their families, and my team. It truly feels like we’re all working together to make a difference 💙💛
What inspired you to work in education? My aunt was a 2nd grade teacher, and I thought she was the coolest. I wanted to be just like her growing up, and that passion never really left me.
What is your favorite part of the school day? My favorite part of the school day is small group time. I stay busy all day, but when I finally sit down with my groups, that’s when I really get to connect with my students, support them where they are, and see their growth up close. Those are the moments that matter most. 💙
What do you enjoy doing outside of school? I love spending time with my family and just being together, laughing, and having our dance parties at home. Those are my favorite moments!!
A favorite memory from this school year: My favorite memory from this year is seeing my students hit their goals and celebrate their growth. Whether it’s moving up a level, gaining confidence, or finally “getting it,” those moments remind me why I do what I do.
